Yusif Mustapha
Yusif is a seasoned procurement and financial management professional with over 15 years of experience in public procurement, budgeting, financial reporting, and public financial management. As the Head of Procurement at the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, he oversees the full spectrum of procurement activities, from strategic planning to contract administration, ensuring efficient and transparent processes.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Procurement and Supply Chain Management, both from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Yusif is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (Ghana).
Further strengthening his expertise, Yusif has earned an Advanced Diploma in Public Procurement from the Chartered Institute of Supply Chain (UK) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). He also holds a certificate in Public Financial Management from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and has obtained several other certifications in public procurement from the World Bank and other reputable institutions.
His deep understanding of procurement regulations, financial principles, and supply chain management allows him to contribute to high-impact projects, driving value, compliance, and sustainability in procurement operations.
